Arumaila is a quiet oasis amidst the bustling souk of Qatar's capital combining traditional Arabic style with contemporary classical elegance. This is one of the newer additions to the boutique hotel collection, which excels in the flawless service of the staff that welcomes guests with coffee and traditional dates. Arumaila is a great romantic surprise for an unorthodox long weekend or a stop-over on your journey across the Gulf countries.
The hotel has a small classic Arabic spa managed by the world renowned Anantara, a gym and two restaurants, One of them is on the rooftop terrace where each evening there is an excellent open kitchen with barbecue specialties accompanied by live music. Guests can also make free use of the swimming pool at the nearby Mirqab Hotel or the hospitality of other boutique hotels of the same network - namely the Al Bidda, Al Yomrok, Al Jasra, Musheirib and Al Najada. All of them are located nearby and it's quick to reach them by a golf cart. All rooms are equipped with electronic curtains, free Wi-Fi, kettle, ironing set, bathroom with luxury cosmetics, bidet or slippers.

It's been only a few hours since our arrival from Qatar and the UAE. I would like to thank you on behalf of our family for the exquisite level of service. Everything was perfectly organised and prepared. We didn't encounter a single issue. The Banana Island Resort was flawless and its services were on really high level - I would give it 6 stars if I could. We felt really good there and now we regret that we didn't prolong our staythere. The resort was beautiful and so kid friendly! Thank you so much for the resort recommendation and organisation of our vacation!! To be absolutely honest there was only one slight disapointment and that was our hotel in Ajman (UAE). Comparing it to the Banana Island we felt the employees' approach was not that good but that's not your fault. It iritated us when they would try to make up ou beds at 7 o'clock in the morning etc. For that reason we wouldn't stay there again. Last but not least my wife was very touched by the flowers and welcome message you prepared upon our arrival to Dubai. Overall the vacation was great and despite the negatives in Fairmont Hotel we are taking away only memories.
In future we will be glad to use your services again.

Arumaila is a half-hour drive from the Doha Airport. It is located right in the heart of the old town and in the middle of the souk near the Islamic Art Museum. There is a bus stop outside hotel where you can take a bus to explore Qatar's capital.

All rooms (the smallest is 35 m² large) have air conditioning, electronic curtains, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, kettle, minibar, safe, ironing set, desk, living area, luxury cosmetics, hairdryer, bidet in the bathroom or slippers. Residents of luxury suites will surely be delighted by balconies with nice views of the old city. The basic room type can accommodate two adults and one child under 11 years on the sofa, extra bed is charged and is available according to the hotel capacity. In addition to the child you may also accommodate a baby up to three years of age free of charge on provided baby cot.

The hotel has two restaurants, one on the rooftop terrace, and in the evening there is an excellent open kitchen with barbecue specialties accompanied by live music. The menu includes international dishes, Arabic specialties and seafood. The hotel does not serve alcohol. When booking only buffet breakfasts can be booked upfront and it is served in the Canteen restaurant. Half or Full board is served at Al Terrace, La Piazza or Argan, which belong to the same hotel collection.
