You could say anywehre you want because we prepare each trip individually and we know wishes of our clients are diverse. For example, we have prepared trips to countries like Sudan, Papua New Guinea and Malaysia. However, our specialty that has made us famous are the countries of the Middle East and North Africa, the countries of the Indian Ocean and the southern part of Africa. The complete list is here:

Every trip is tailor-made and therefore our tours are not limited in time. You will determine the length of your stay, hotel category, airlines, meals, etc. Based on your budget and needs we will prepare several options and the choice is up to you.

Of course you can. Although most of are clients are Czechs and Slovaks there are also many other nationals among them. Just let us know what passport you hold so that we can arrange visas if needed and that's it. Interestingly we have arranged holidays for big families who come on holiday from different parts of the world. How cool is that?

Yes, in virtually all of our countries we can arrange a comfortable and carefree car rental of your choice. The only condition is usually an international driving license, in some destinations even a national one is sufficient. Another condition is a valid credit card to cover any damage. However, we recommend to use the services of our experienced local drivers and the transport of our local partners, especially in remonte desert areas.

Believe us they are. One of our advantages, which no one else has, is our knowledge of the countries and cultures, because we come from the Middle-East ourselves. We monitor the situation in Middle-East on daily basis and we are in touch with local partners. If the situation becomes turbulent and we see potential for future danger we would not send you to there in any way and we will suggest an alternative.

The best time is in spring and then in autumn but in fact you can travel all year round. There is a general idea that in Arab countries are permanently warm but this is not entirely true. Even in some of these countries, there are cold months when you do not bathe in the sea and when it is raining heavily in the winter, cold wind blows and exceptionally it can even snow. This includes countries like Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan and Iran. Tell us where you want to go and we will advise you for the season with best conditions.

Yes you can. The countries we offer are used to tourists from the West and fully respect their culture including stay in shared rooms for unmarried couples.

Yes you don't have to worry. We ourselves have family roots in Arabia and we know how it really works. Western tourists are fully respected and do not have to worry about their safety even if they go solo.

No, not at all and there aren't any major risks in the destinations we offer. Hygiene and the environment are at a high level, especially in the Gulf countries. In case of Botswana and certain areas of South Africa, preventive use of antimalarials is recommended. In countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Morocco, Lebanon, Iran, we recommend taking anti-diarrhea medications with you.

You may wear almost anything just like in Europe, including swimsuits at beaches and saunas. It is advisable to though to have respect for the local culture and avoid, for example, extremely tight shorts, large cleavages, etc. The only exception is Iran, where women are required to wear a light scarf over their hair As for gentlemen, shorts are allowed on beaches and pools. Long summer pants are more suitable in public. In the United Arab Emirates, some luxury hotels require only formal suit and closed shoes when entering their restaurants.

In most Islamic and Arab countries, alcohol consumption is allowed and customs regulations allow import of limited amounts of alcohol although there are a few exceptions. If you are interested in traveling to a specific country, we will inform you about customs regulations individually. For example, the United Arab Emirates, which are the most common destination of our clients, allow consumption of alcohol in all of their Emirates except Sharjah.

You can speak English practically in all the countries where we are sending clients. The exceptions are Morocco, Algeria or Mauritania, where French prevails. In the United Arab Emirates, for instiance, there is a huge mix of nationalities that rely on communication in English. If you are still worried about language barriers, you can use our 24/7 helpdesk or our local delegates.

Yes, we have always been, we are and will be as the Czech law requires it. We have insurance at ERV which can be verified both directly with the insurance company and on the website of the Ministry for Regional Development. Alternatively, you can check out our insurance certificate here.

Yes we do. When it comes to travel insurance we cooperate with Kooperativa Vienna Insurance Group. The insurance you will get covers travel risks, health risks, baggage lose risks, asset damage risks as well as trip cancellation up to value of CZK 100,000. CZK per person. If you need a higher level of insurance, let us know and we'll figure it out.

Unfortunately not every hotel is equipped with the needed amenities for handicapped people. Nonetheless we know few of them and we have already arranged holidays for several handicapped clients and everything went smoothly. So don't worry, we will always find a solution just for you.

Ramadan is a moving holiday and it moves about 14 days forward each year. So while in 2017 it started around early June, in 2018 it started in mid-May. Since the locals do not travel much during this period it is considered a low season period for hotels, which means lower prices for you. At the same time, services remain the same for foreigners, they may at most encounter the fact that certain hotel restaurants are separated for foreigners and muslims. Some shops may also be closed during some hours of the day. It is not recommended to eat and drink in public during this period. The big advantage of Ramadan is the night opening hours of shopping centers which are open until long into the night. Another interesting fact is that during Ramadan, particularly in the Gulf countries, various big-money lotteries are held and foreigners can also participate. The limitations for non-muslims visitors are negligible whereas the atmosphere of the holiday is a unique experience accompanied with daily evening feasts. Ramadam is usually ended by a three-day holiday, when hotel prices shoot to the level of the highest season. Contact us and ask us when it is best to travel to a given destination.

Firstly let us say that you can fly from Prague, Bratislava, Vienna or Germany and actually from anywhere on the planet. You can choose the airline yourself without limitations because every holiday is prepared individually and we don't do mass tourism with prebooked airlines/hotels. Our clients most often fly with Emirates, Qatar Airways, Austrian Airlines, Air Mauritius, Turkish Airlines, KLM, Air France, Lufthansa, Flydubai or with Czech carriers such as ČSA and Travel Service.

Yes we have English speaking delegates in all of our destinations. In some we also have German and French speaking representatives. If the client wishes he / she can have a personal English speaking guide from Prague. Also our Prague assistance service is available 24 hours a day so in case of need you can just reach out to us for help.
