This small hotel with an intimate atmosphere in a luxurious and stylish design is an excellent starting point for exploring Doha and its vibrant shopping center whose core is dominated by an original souk. The building was successfully renovated to a brand new look few years ago. The atmosphere in the evening is absolutely unique. Numerous galleries in the area, as well as the opportunity to head to the public beach or the beach club for sun and sea are some of the suggestions on how to spend a diverse holiday in the capital of Qatar. The hotel is also an excellent choice of accommodation when combining a trip to other Gulf states or a tip for a long weekend. Guests of the hotel can also take advantage of the hospitality of partner boutique hotels that belong to the same group. Namely the Al Mirqab, Al Yomrok, Al Jasra, Arumaila, Musheirib and Al Najada which are all located nearby and can be reached in a golf cart.
Al Bidda is located on the edge of the souk and close to the Qatar Museum of Contemporary Art. Its relatively large are allowed to create 19 rooms, 13 suites, a fully equipped conference room, a gaming zone and a beauty salon. What's also unique is that the architects built the hotel allowing views of the souk and the seaside promenade from all of the aforementioned rooms. The ground floor is dominated by a beautiful traditional Arabic patio with a fountain and restaurant. Guests can use the gym, spa or pool at the sister hotels Mirqab or Jasra.

It's been only a few hours since our arrival from Qatar and the UAE. I would like to thank you on behalf of our family for the exquisite level of service. Everything was perfectly organised and prepared. We didn't encounter a single issue. The Banana Island Resort was flawless and its services were on really high level - I would give it 6 stars if I could. We felt really good there and now we regret that we didn't prolong our staythere. The resort was beautiful and so kid friendly! Thank you so much for the resort recommendation and organisation of our vacation!! To be absolutely honest there was only one slight disapointment and that was our hotel in Ajman (UAE). Comparing it to the Banana Island we felt the employees' approach was not that good but that's not your fault. It iritated us when they would try to make up ou beds at 7 o'clock in the morning etc. For that reason we wouldn't stay there again. Last but not least my wife was very touched by the flowers and welcome message you prepared upon our arrival to Dubai. Overall the vacation was great and despite the negatives in Fairmont Hotel we are taking away only memories.
In future we will be glad to use your services again.

Superior Room is the smallest room type availabile in the hotel. It has an area of 30 m² and combines beautiful colors, modern classics with wooden elements. The space allows to incorporate a living area into the room. Bathrobes, luxury cosmetics and slippers are available in the bathroom. A kettle and free Wi-Fi are among room's amenities. The basic room type can accommodate two adults and one child under 11 years without extra bed, ev. even baby up to 3 years with cot for free. Any extra bed for a child is charged and is subject to availability.

The Deluxe Room is more spacious and also combines colors, modern classics and wood. The space allows the living room and dressing room to be integrated into the room. The minibar does not contain alcoholic beverages. The room can accommodate three adults (third person on extra bed) or two adults and one child under 11 years without extra bed, eventually even baby up to 3 years with cot for free. Any extra bed for a child is charged and is subject to availability.

The care of the staff is exemplary as they always welcome guests with dates, coffee, juice or other gifts. The ground floor is dominated by a beautiful patio with a fountain, serving mainly Italian and European cuisine, including pizza and delicious Italian coffee, and a French patisserie and bakery are also popular. The hotel does not serve alcohol. Breakfast is served buffet style at The Mezzanine, half-board or full-board at Al Terrace, La Piazza or Argan, which are part of the Souk Waqif hotel collection.
