There are two restaurants, pool bar, terrace bar and a lounge bistro. The two main restaurants are 393 Burger & Steak - a sophisticated steakhouse, while Al Deera offers everything from sumptuous breakfast buffets to international lunches and suppers on the terrace.
Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea is a pleasant half-hour drive from Amman Airport. It is exciting to see the picturesque landscape slope below the sea level as you travel. On the Jordanian side of the Dead Sea it then occupies a position at the beginning of the beach zone, where the sea is relatively shallow. Nearby there are the Christian pilgrimage sites of Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Bethany, the biblical site of all Christians' favorite baptism in the Jordan River. The hotel provides transportation to and from Amman 3 times a day for a fee.
